After placing an order on AnticBikes.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with the subject line:
“A shipment from order AN#### is on the way”
This shipment confirmation email includes your tracking number.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If your order has not shipped, meaning you have not received the tracking number, please contact customer support as soon as possible and have your order number ready.
If your order has already shipped or a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
However, you may be able to request a delivery change directly through the shipping carrier:
FedEx Shipments
FedEx allows eligible packages to be redirected or held at a nearby FedEx location.
Important: If your tracking status shows “Label Created”, you must wait until FedEx scans the package before delivery options become available.
To Request a Hold or Address Change:
Enter your tracking number on the FedEx website.
Select “Manage Delivery” under the recipient address section.
Choose “Hold at Location” or “Deliver to Another Address.”
Continue as a guest or sign in to your FedEx account.
Confirm the original recipient address information.
Select your preferred hold location.
Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
Submit your request.
Once approved, tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours.
Note: You will need to bring a valid photo ID and your tracking number when picking up your package.

UPS Shipments
UPS delivery changes are managed through UPS My Choice.
To Update Delivery:
Sign up for or log in to a UPS My Choice account on the UPS website.
Follow the on-screen instructions here to manage your delivery preferences or request a delivery change.
USPS Shipments
USPS offers package intercept and hold-for-pickup services.
To Request a Hold:
Visit the USPS Package Intercept page.
Follow the instructions to request that your package be held at your local post office for pickup.
